Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes due to specific FedEx policies for shipping chemicals and other hazardous materials, which must comply with regulations such as those set by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Canadian orders are shipped from the US via FedEx. FedEx will charge additional import and tariff fees that ATS Chemical has no control over.

Newly placed orders are normally shipped the same or next business day. An automated shipping notice with tracking information will be emailed at the end of the day the order ships.
